I think about new patterns and shapes all day long and when one fantastic idea pops into my head, I jot it down on a piece of paper. Recently, I was looking at all these pretty clothes in bright colors with jewelry to match. If you are one of those people who buy clothing in twos if the fit is right, then these earrings are perfect for you! Save some money and make interchangeable earrings that are super easy to wear and stylish. Just find beads in all the trendy colors you want and hang it from a spiral head pin to match your outfit. The head pin becomes your earwire! Here are some pictures to start you off! Materials: one pair of spiral headpins, beads at least 10 mm in size, headpins for stringing beads, two crimp beads. Method: String a bead onto the headpin and make loop for hanging. Make your own ear wire by picking up a spiral headpin, place it against a pen, hold tight with your thumb, and bend in the opposite direction. String a crimp bead on to the ear wire which will come to rest just where the spiral ends. Flatten the bead gently with flat nosed pliers. This will prevent the beads from sliding off. Now, hold the bead with loop, slide it on to the ear wire from the inside of the spiral. This is how you will change or add beads to make your earrings look different every time! Have fun trying new shapes and combinations!
